Q. Will you take a castle / inflatables through a house?

A. In some circumstances we can, its better if there is rear access or side access, this is to prevent any damage inside the house.

Q. How much sapce around the castle / inflatable do I need?

A. 2ft either side of the Bouncy Castle & about 6 ft in front to make it easy to get on & off, 5ft at the rear for the electric fan. ( If you are unsure call for advice)

Q. Do your castles / inflatable have safety certificates?

A. Yes, and are supplied with RCD safety cut devices.

Q. What time will my Castle / inflatable arrive & be collectted?

A. We can deliver at ANY specific time. But as a general rule we will normally deliver between 7.00am -10am, We will collect between 5.00pm - 8.00pm. From November to February we will only hire bouncy castles indoors

NOTE:- If the castle has been deflated upon our return, we may well re - inflate to inspect for damage.

Q. Do you charge if I cancel the booking?

A. You can cancel your booking at anytime, There is no cancellation charge. Please let us know as soon as possible though!!!
